About New Lodge Vineyard
New Lodge Vineyard is a charming boutique vineyard situated just outside the village of Earls Barton in Northamptonshire, positioned on a picturesque south-west facing slope overlooking the historic Nene Valley. Remarkably, this location lies very near to one of the oldest recorded vineyards of Roman times, connecting modern English winemaking to its ancient roots in this region.

The vineyard cultivates Bacchus, Solaris, Phoenix, Seyval Blanc, Pinot Noir, and Regent varieties, allowing for diverse expressions of the Northamptonshire terroir across their range.
The vineyard welcomes visitors with generous opening hours, Saturdays from 11am to 4pm during October to April, and both Saturdays and Sundays from 11am to 6pm during the warmer months of May through September. The on-site shop offers wines for purchase, while the bar serves wines by the glass alongside cheese or charcuterie sharing boards, perfect for enjoying while taking in the valley views.
New Lodge has developed a reputation as a distinctive wedding venue, offering couples the romantic backdrop of an English vineyard for their celebrations. Private events are also welcomed throughout the year.
